Relational Practice: Coaching
Coaching through Tigerseye Studio and Consultancy is a relational practice for grounding, clarity, and transformation.
This type of coaching is rooted in a liberatory approach, which partners with individuals to support them as they move through life and leadership. It allows for deep reflection, alignment, and healing.
Through coaching, we focus on uncovering and strengthening the ways you already hold wisdom, solutions, and possibility.
Coaching containers provide:
a space to ground and release
build skills to address whatever you are navigating, and
a space to thread intention into every stage of your journey.
Namira Islam is certified through Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation (CHJL), a professional coaching certification for social justice movement leaders committed to learning coaching skills for individual and collective liberation. CHJL draws on traditions of resilience, cultural wisdom, and values-aligned ways of living and leading.
Since 2022, she has logged over 150 hours of coaching. Leaders have stated that “Namira is one of the best listeners I know” and highlighted compassion, authenticity, curiosity, “time-bending” and thoughtfulness as some of her top skills as a coach.

A Coach's Role
Coaching is a space for reflection, clarity, and movement. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in working through what is most present for you.

Our work may include: making sense of complex situations, understanding systems that impact your context, navigating decisions or transitions, and shifting patterns in how you work, relate, or lead.

Each session is an opportunity to connect with your highest self and core purposes in leadership and life. We will use various liberatory coaching methods to create a container where you can unlock your own wisdom.

When relevant, I support clients in finding the right coaching fit through the Jasmine Path Network. This includes referrals to other liberatory coaches or practitioners with specific areas of focus.

Introductory Conversation (45 Minutes)
A relational conversation for history, discernment, and planning.
In this complimentary 45 minute videochat or phone call, we will get to know each other, discuss coaching approaches and experience, and explore logistics. This time also includes a short, guided coaching segment so you can experience liberatory coaching with me and assess alignment.
This space centers connection, trust, and mutual discernment. If relevant, I will gather information to provide a referral within the Jasmine Path Network.
Ember Session (45 Minutes)
Individual sessions for situational coaching.
These focused coaching sessions offer space for you to ground, reset, and reflect as needed. This is a space for reflection, clarity, and movement—supporting you in navigating decisions, patterns, and next steps with greater intention. Whether you’re facing a unique moment, navigating extraordinary circumstances, or need a container for support, Ember Sessions offer a calm place to process and strategize.
Sessions are available for immediate booking starting at $75. A sliding scale is available—please don’t let cost be a barrier. Schedule a complimentary introductory call to get started and discuss a reduced rate if needed. You’ll then be provided with a separate booking link and payment process for future sessions.
Note: If you’re able to contribute at a higher rate and preserve accessibility for others, you’re welcome to do so after booking.
Clay or Quartz Session (60 Minutes)
Two containers for reshaping and long-term transformation.
These deeper relational containers provide sustained support and opportunities for more complex work. Clay provides a 3-6 session arc, while Quartz allows for continuity, integration, and a stronger coaching partnership over 3-6 months.
After finalizing your approach, you will be invoiced directly for payment. A sliding scale and packages are available. If you are affiliated with an organization, check to see if they will cover leadership coaching as part of your professional development.
