Tigerseye Studio—one pathway of Nia Weaving—designs experiences, gatherings, and tools that help organizations, businesses, and leaders connect more deeply—with themselves, with each other, and with their values.

Through tailored consulting, facilitation, and creative support, we offer:

Each engagement is intentionally crafted to meet the unique context, goals, and culture of the organization, business, or individual. Tigerseye Studio’s approach blends creative strategy, systems thinking, and liberatory practice, creating spaces and tools that are meaningful, actionable, and grounded. 

Named after the Tiger’s Eye stone and inspired by the Bengal tiger, Tigerseye Studio draws on qualities of protection, clarity, courage, and grounded strength. Tiger’s Eye is a metamorphic quartz with silky bands of gold and brown that catch the light, formed over millions of years as it transforms into quartz. It is most commonly sourced from South Africa, Australia, India, and Thailand, and has historically symbolized unity, critical thinking, and support for good decisions.
