Monarch Boulevard is a bright, open, plant-rich creative venue located inside a historic home that also houses Nia Weaving’s Tigerseye Creative Studio and a private residence.
Grounded in principles of beauty, collective care for all living beings, and comfort, the venue features global-fusion textiles, community-centered décor, flexible layouts, and thoughtful equipment to support workshops, meetings, media production, ceremonies, and celebrations.
The grounds include a certified monarch waystation, a pollinator garden, and nearly 50 indoor plants, while proceeds from guest rentals support carbon removal.
Monarch Boulevard hosts all types of values-aligned gatherings, with a special emphasis on retreats and transformative events for nonprofits, community organizations, and social change leaders.
By request, the venue is also available for overnight retreats. The space is substance-free and alcohol-free, and shared with a senior cat resident.
